Due to the custom nature of our printing services, all orders are produced specifically according to your specifications and design files. As such, our return policy differs from standard retail products and is subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Custom Product Nature

All printing services provided by Tloxorelkhun are custom-made to order based on your specific requirements, design files, and specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned unless they meet the conditions specified in this policy.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that custom printed products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects, errors on our part, or damage during shipping.

3. Eligible Returns

We will accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

3.1 Manufacturing Defects

Products that contain manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect paper stock or material used
  • Poor print quality not meeting industry standards
  • Incorrect finishing or binding
  • Significant color variations beyond acceptable tolerances
  • Improper cutting or trimming

3.2 Our Errors

Products that contain errors attributable to us, including:

  • Wrong quantity delivered
  • Incorrect specifications from what was ordered
  • Errors introduced during our file preparation process
  • Printing of incorrect files

3.3 Shipping Damage

Products that are damaged during shipping, provided that:

  • Damage is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of damage is provided
  • Original packaging is retained for inspection if required

4. Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

4.1 Customer Errors

  • Spelling, grammatical, or typographical errors in your submitted design files
  • Incorrect information provided in your design (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
  • Design layout issues present in your approved files
  • Color variations resulting from differences between screen displays and printed output
  • File resolution or quality issues in your submitted artwork

4.2 Approved Proofs

  • Any errors that were visible in the digital proof you approved
  • Design elements, colors, or layouts that match the approved proof
  • Specifications that match what was confirmed in your order

4.3 Subjective Preferences

  • Change of mind about design, colors, or content
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices you made
  • Personal preference regarding paper texture or finish within specified parameters
  • Minor color variations within industry-standard tolerances

4.4 Normal Variations

  • Slight color variations inherent in the printing process
  • Minor cutting tolerances within industry standards
  • Natural variations in paper texture or finish
  • Differences between digital proofs and physical prints due to medium differences

5. Return Process

5.1 Notification

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us via:

Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect or problem.

5.2 Evaluation

Upon receiving your return request, we will:

  • Provide a decision within 3-5 business days

5.3 Approved Returns

If your return is approved, we will:

Replacement orders are typically produced and shipped within our standard production timeframe. Rush production may be available for an additional fee if you require faster turnaround.

8. Proof Approval Responsibility

When we provide digital proofs for your review, you are responsible for:

  • Carefully reviewing all text for spelling and accuracy
  • Verifying all contact information, dates, and numbers
  • Checking layout, alignment, and design elements
  • Confirming colors match your expectations (within screen display limitations)
  • Ensuring all required content is present and correct

By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors visible in the proof. We cannot accept returns for errors that were present in approved proofs.

9. Quality Standards

We adhere to industry-standard quality tolerances for printing services. Acceptable variations include:

  • Color variation of up to 10% from digital proofs due to printing process differences
  • Cutting tolerance of +/- 2mm on finished dimensions
  • Registration tolerance of +/- 1mm for multi-color printing
  • Natural variations in paper texture and finish

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

10. Inspection Period

You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery. After this period:

  • Products are considered accepted
  • Return claims will not be accepted
  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided

This inspection period allows us to address issues promptly and maintain quality standards.

11. Cancellations

11.1 Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

11.2 During Production

If you request cancellation after production has begun, you will be charged for:

  • Materials used
  • Labor costs incurred
  • Percentage of completion

11.3 Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via email or phone. We will inform you whether cancellation is possible and any associated costs.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our decision regarding a return request:
