We provide estimated production and delivery times, but these are not guaranteed. Production begins only after we receive your approved design files and payment. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failures, or force majeure events.
For certain orders, we may provide digital proofs for your review and approval. You are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for accuracy, including spelling, layout, and color. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
You must inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any defects, damages, or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the products.
